At first I thought this said "What Snack" then "What Snake". Then I thought it might be the car of a Nabisco magnate, so it could have been "Wheat Snack". Finally, I was tipped off by the fact that it was a Mustang Cobra, white, and had faux chrome cobras flanking the license plate.
The license plate WHT SNK (White Snake??) on a Mustang asserts the owner's opinion that the 80's will never die.
