While riding my beautiful Moots Rigor Mootis in the 2006 Muddy Buddy Bike n' Run, I was climbing out of the saddle on the final leg of the race. All of a sudden, something gave way, I endo'd off my bike, and the entire rear wheel assembly gave way. After determining I could still move my arms and legs, I exampled my bike, and discovered that not only had the rear wheel came off, so had the rear dereailer. Further examination revealed the (hollow for some reason) bolt had completely snapped.
Luckily, there was still a hex-shaped hole in the bolt part left inside the frame, so I was able to extract it with a regular hex key.
Now where to get these bolts...

This angle shows the hex-shaped hole left in the bolt. This is lucky as I was then able to extract the bolt with a standard hex wrench.
